  • Are CAZE products safe for health?

  • Yes, our silicone are completely safe with U.S. 21 F.D.A. Regulation Part 177.2600 (rubber articles) standard.

    On leather materials should subject to the final custom made material, certificates and test reference can be submitted upon requested.

    On those coloring, we also offer non-Hydrazine color ink and Azo-free dye to match with health regulation standards

  • Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card?

  • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still purchase our products through credit card directly.

  • How I pay by credit card without a PayPal account?

  • At the last step of the payment process, you still need to choose PayPal in order to input your credit card information. When you click on PayPal, you'll be taken to a secure page operated by PayPal. As you do not have a PayPal account, please click "Continue" under the "Don't have a PayPal account" to submit your credit card information. As we partner with PayPal to handle online order, your submitted information will be processed and handled securely through PayPal.

  • Can I wash my CAZE product?

  • Other than leather-made, most of our products are finished or pre-coated to be dust-proofed. In case of dusty or such, simply place it under running tap water with gently rub

  • Can I make OEM orders?

  • Certainly, we already serving world famous brands over years, we also making good reputation in providing tailor-made packing, printed cards and logistic to our customers throughout the world.

  • Can I view my order history and update my account details?

  • Yes, at any time you can log into your account and update your personal details or view the status of your current orders or order history.

    To view this information you need to go to the "My Account" link on the navigation bar on the bottom of the screen.

  • How will my products be packaged?

  • All iphone cases purchased through the CAZE web-store will be tastefully presented in gift boxes. The products will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a gift box bearing the CAZE logo. The gift boxes will then be placed inside a plain padded envelope for shipping.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We accepts major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard

  • If I am not happy with a product can I return it?

  • Yes, CAZE wishes to ensure that You are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from dispatch for a full refund or product exchange.
    Please note you will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the product.

  • How do I arrange for the return of a product?

  • To arrange a product return e-mail CAZE customer services at support@iphonecaze.com. Please detail in that e-mail, your name, reason for return, order number and whether you require an exchange or refund. Customer care will then issue you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how and where to return the product to.
